As I always say it is not a matter of if it is just a matter of when. We have been very fortunate in the past few years that we have not experienced a major hurricane in South Florida with the devistation such as Andrew. Although we have experienced some serious hurricane affects from the last few hurricanes we still have been spared some of the most devistating affects that many other states have had to deal with in the gulf region.
